Haus Hohensolms gGmbH is a social care facility in a rural area with an important social mission. Like many organisations outside urban centres, the challenge was to become more visible online as an employer and more accessible to suitable candidates.
The goal was to strengthen employer perception, expand regional visibility and design the application process so that interested professionals could get in touch more easily and clearly.
Together, staff recruitment was built as part of a clear system. This included a more authentic external presence, stronger visibility as an employer, a clear application pathway and a structure that specifically addresses and follows up with interested candidates.
Within 12 months, 138 applications were generated. In addition, Haus Hohensolms gGmbH became significantly more visible as an employer in the region and the application and hiring process was noticeably relieved.
When visibility, external image and the application process work together optimally, staff recruitment becomes much more predictable. That is exactly the difference between a single measure and a functioning system.
